Warranty – 1 Year

Arctic Bikes MINI16 is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and malfunctions of original components, including the frame, motor, battery, and electrical parts.

Warranty Conditions:

• The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or accidents.

• Warranty repairs or replacements must be carried out by an authorized Arctic Bikes service center.

• Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim.

Refund Policy – 30 Days

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a refund if you are not satisfied with your Arctic Bikes MINI16.

Refund Conditions:

• The bike must be returned in its original condition, without damage or excessive wear, and in its original packaging with all accessories.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective upon arrival.

• An inspection will be conducted before the refund is approved.
